Biography

David graduated with honors from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2006 April. While there, he was an editor of the Health Law Journal and received a certificate in Health Law. David started his law practice at a small general practice firm that focused on litigation and represented small companies in all aspects. He then moved to a niche litigation firm specializing in defending medical professionals in medical negligence and civil rights cases. David has defended physicians, nurses and a correctional healthcare company in a variety of cases in both federal and state courts, including deliberate indifference to medical needs, HIPAA, and ADA cases. In addition, he has represented at the National Commission on Correction Healthcare annual conference about the legal implication of medical charting and presented to University of Illinois Residents about medicolegal topics. David is a 2003 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he was pre medicine and received a business degree through the College of Science.
